As a volunteer and trustee of NBSG foodbank over many years I have witnessed the steady increase in food poverty in our city and surrounding areas. As a charity we are working tirelessly to feed people and families that find themselves in food crisis. We are now also working to tackle the factors behind food insecurity for many people. We look forward to the day when foodbanks are no longer necessary.
