My Story

I'm running the Bristol 10K to raise funds for my employer, FearFree, a charity that works with victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking across the South West of England. 

Raising additional funds enables us to continue the amazing work we do. Challenges within the charity sector, such as increases to the national living wage and National Insurance mean that now, more than ever, we are desperate for your support. The fact that I am going to get out of bed early on a Sunday morning and run for an hour, rather than have a lie-in, followed by a cooked breakfast and a leisurely dog walk, should evidence how important this is!

Trust me, there is no contribution too small, a £1 donation is still so much more meaningful than no donation at all so please, dig deep, and give whatever you can.
