My Story

I'm running the Great Bristol 10k in memory of my dear friend Cam who died by suicide in September 2024.

All donations go to Bristol Mind, an incredible charity that was there for me at my absolute lowest. With the help of my counsellor and the rest of the amazing team I was able to find light again when everything in my life was shrouded in the darkness of losing one of my closest friends.

I was one of the 2123 people they helped last year, but I want to help them grow their impact and provide counselling to even more people in need.

They're affiliated with the national Mind charity, but they're an independent local charity entirely reliant on donations from people, businesses and the public sector. Every penny donated helps them continue their life-saving work. Help me give back to them after they've given me so much.
